01 - contact

  • Please feel free to contact us via message or phone to discuss your photography requirements. If you are satisfied with the details, we can then schedule a date for your booking.

    To secure your preferred date, we recommend making your booking as early as possible. Our slots tend to fill up quickly, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have a specific date in mind.

 

02 - deliver

  • You can either ship your products to us or bring them in person, ideally before your scheduled booking date.

    It's best to do this as early as possible, as in some cases we may be able to start the photography process before your actual booking date if we have availability.

    Rest assured that as soon as we receive your products, we will confirm their safe delivery with you.

 

03 - Photography & Editing

  • We will spend time setting up specialized lighting to enhance the visual appeal of your product, utilizing various techniques to capture the best possible photographs.

    Following the photo session, post-production work will commence , including editing, retouching, and colour correction to ensure your images meet the highest standards.

    Once the editing process is complete, your images will be uploaded.

 

04 - Review Images

  • An email will be sent to you, containing a link to a secure, private online gallery where you can view your images at your convenience.

    In addition to your images, your invoice will also be included in the email.

 

05 - Approve, pay, Download

  • Once you have reviewed and approved your images, and payment has been received, a download link will be activated in your private online gallery. This will allow you to easily download and use your photos as needed.

 

06 - return

  • Your products will be ready for collection or shipped back if required.
